Founder's Story

In 2015, the devastating earthquake took away my home and some of my beloved ones. I lost my job and got involved in helping people by making shelters and basic needs distributions in my small village Changunarayan. I became a social worker from a school teacher. In 2017, I co-founded an NGO, Girls Empowered by Travel-Nepal to enhance the leadership and entrepreneurship skills of marginalized girls and women through travel.

Nepal is more than mountains. It is a country of ancient cities, Himalayan villages, diverse cultures, vibrant traditions, warm hospitality and stories waiting to be discovered.

At Explore Hub Nepal, a women-led travel company, we invite you to experience Nepal beyond the usual tourist trails.
