My name is Sajana Bhadel and I am your local tour/trek guide based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Organising ethnic heritage tour in Kathmandu valley and trekking in the mountains is my profession along with some social work background. I feel lucky for being born and raised in a Newari family of Bhaktapur as I got to learn and experience ethnic Newari culture and tradition which I can pass on to my younger generation and also share my knowledge and experience to fellow travellers who come to visit Nepal and do tour and trekking with Explore Hub Nepal. I have been passionate in travel and helping the local community which is why I am into sustainable tourism and would love to improve the lifestyle of local people, especially on economic empowerment of women through eco-tourism approach in Nepal.
